Flawlessivy Cosmetics cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, lack of documents, or other factors beyond our control.

All orders placed with Flawless Ivy Cosmetics are delivered nationally in Nigeria, International shipping is also available. Orders are packed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

In Lagos, Nigeria, we deliver within 1-3 working days.

Other parts of Nigeria are delivered in 3-7 working days.

We ship internationally in 7-14 business days.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Nigerian federal holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery price for customs clearance is not included in your payment; the customs duty fee is determined by local or country policy.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once you place order, Flawless Ivy Cosmetics will confirm it and send you an email or text message.  Your order is ready to ship in 72 hours through DHL/GIG, and a tracking number will be issued within the period.

Within Lagos, delivery cost starts from N1500; outside Lagos, delivery cost starts from N2500. International delivery cost starts from N30,000.
