In less than 7 days after receiving your package, you may apply for a return or exchange.
• Return products within 7 days of receipt.
• Include a video showing the product (send to official whatsapp number).
• We will not accept returns or exchanges if the pack has been cut off or the product has been used; please keep the goods and packaging in its original condition before shipping it back.
Please note that your order cannot be cancelled and there is no refund. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
If the returning product contains old stock.
i. Remember to preserve the product undamaged and in its original packaging.
ii. Do not cut the package open
iii. Make a video of the product
iv. Send us a waybill number when you return the shipment
v. We will only validate a return or exchange once we have received the
package and verified that everything is in good condition.
